I’m excited to just found out that my work “Wayfaring” was nominated for a Western Canadian Music Classical Composition of the Year award, and among such familiar, admirable company: Jocelyn Morlock, Dorothy Chang, Keith Hamel and Owen Underhill!  It is a true honor and thrill, and I must thank Jeremy Brown and Gianetta Baril’s beautiful performing of the piece on the Rubbing Stone Ensemble’s debut album.  Congratulations to all the nominees, including a huge stack of friends and local names.  Bravo!
